How We Stay Fit Together After 40

Four ways we keep moving forward, motivated, and stronger than ever.

Running

Training for our next 5K or full marathon, we lace up to push each other – and ourselves. Whether we’re chasing PRs or just getting outside, running keeps us grounded.

Pickleball

Our favorite way to mix fun and fitness. Doubles matches keep us moving, laughing, and building teamwork on and off the court.

Cycling

Chanh’s go-to for endurance, discipline, and solo headspace. Whether it’s long rides or weekend races, cycling keeps him grounded, focused, and always chasing the next climb.

Strength & Recovery

We lift, stretch, hike, and slow down when our bodies need it. Fitness isn’t just about pushing – it’s also about healing, restoring, and staying strong for the long haul.

Training, living, and thriving after 40.
